I spent over 25 years in senior level leadership positions in the Financial Services Industry. I led Marketing, Brand & Communications, Sales, Business Development, Client Experience, and Go-to-market strategies and teams. I have operated as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief (Business) Development Officer (CDO) and Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at a national organization.
I have a passion for helping individuals and businesses grow, and I LOVE to understand the WHY behind a business or individuals’ growth story and am driven to help them achieve it.
I have been very fortunate in my career to have worked with some of the most talented businesses and teams in the country. As a result of these interactions, I created the GrowthAdvantage™ to emulate what these successful businesses did to successfully grow their businesses.
From personal experience, I know that scaling an organization from $700M to $7.5B, is not an easy task for the business or the leaders running it. As a business grows, so must the leaders within that business.
Shifting from a small to a mid-sized organization, or a mid-sized to large, requires data driven decision making backed up with solid strategic planning.
